D’sri Saren Legian - Bali Indonesia

May 08, 2019

Bali has become quite famous these past few years because of its lively and appealing island vibes. It is one of the most Instagram-worthy islands you can set your foot in Southeast Asia and be also called “ the island of the Gods.”

It was an unexpected trip which got changed from our Indo-Chian trip. The plan was to head to Vietnam from Cambodia but it got blocked due to visa constraint. After browsing for a few hours at my Instagram account, I finally made up my mind to go to Indonesia instead of Vietnam.

We decided to go to Bali and will be arriving at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in few hours, I started checking Airbnb for out last minute check-in to see where we can stay in Bali, specifically at Kuta, because Seminyak has become quite an expensive part of the Island, and Ubud was kind of far.

Luckily we managed to book our desired dates at that time because most of the places are fully booked.

Where we stayed?

We stayed at D’sri Saren, Legian Kuta, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Legian, that lays claim to the highest concentration of international restaurants, Euro-style bars, and fashion boutiques. Two kilometers always from Seminyak Beach and one kilometer from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience store. It was very easy to get around there cause Grab or Gojek is available there ( and was extremely cheap ) also motorbike rentals are very popular there.
